Only then you can use our modern network reliably and we can supply you with support.
If you choose the electronic transmission, the voucher code will be sent to you with the order confirmation from the service partner.
Therefore there may be delays until the receipt of the voucher!

Should these Further Terms and Conditions be in conflict with the Messe Düsseldorf GTCs, the provisions of Messe Düsseldorf GTCs shall take precedence over provisions in the Further Terms and Conditions.

Our starter products as an alternative to a DSL connection with an access point.
Included is the usage of our modern Wi-Fi infrastructure and the advantage of not having to install anything!
The connection is preferably done by using the Wi-Fi network „Business-HOTSPOT“ or „Business-HOTSPOT-2.4“, if your terminal device does not support 5 Ghz. We can not guarantee the internet speed for 2.4 Ghz bands. Login is established through a voucher code, which is the same for all devices, via a login page. If desired, the voucher code for the group accounts will be sent via email with the order confirmation, otherwise the voucher must be picked up at the Telekom office at the fair ground.
For best performance we advise you to use a device with 5 Ghz wifi support.
Only then we can ensure a good connection. We offer two networks, HOTSPOT and HOTSPOT-2.4, to connect to. When you are able to see the network HOTSPOT your device is fitted with 5GHz Wi-Fi.
